Gardens don’t come with instructions. That’s why Garden Coaches are so handy!

Garden Coaches teach you how to take care of your garden and landscape. They provide a fresh, objective set of eyes to help you see your garden as it is - and to realize its potential. They can show you how to perform garden tasks from planning and planting to deadheading, pruning and dividing. Garden Coaches are experienced, knowledgeable mentors who can help you coax the best out of your garden.

Some of my Garden Coaching clients have moved into a new space and need help with plant identification and care information. Many are new gardeners and want to grow their own flowers, herbs or organic vegetables, but need help getting started. All want the satisfaction of doing the work themselves, but need some guidance.

I would like to be your combination Garden Coach, mentor and consultant. I’m an avid gardener, mostly-organic, who will give you practical solutions for your garden problems. I’ll share my favorite tools, reference books and websites with you. I can refer you to landscape designers or contractors if we decide that you need that level of help.

Single sessions and 4-session packages are available, as well as a special service for new homeowners or home sellers. Garden coaching sessions make great gifts, too!
